'Nduja San Donato, part of the Pugliese family, is among the first artisanal companies to develop precisely on the territory where 'Nduja originated: Spilinga, on the slopes of Mount Poro, in the province of Vibo Valentia. The company has always been concerned with using quality raw materials, scrupulously observing the ancient processing process through its typical phases, above all: natural smoking and slow curing.
