It all began in 2000 when the designer began playing with different clothing designs for her daughter, then age 9 months. Soon her friends were asking her about the clothes and she found that the designs were in local demand. It seemed that mom’s loved the concept of custom outfits that were suitable, and affordable, for their little ones. From all of this came Whimsy Wear and a company motto.
