A mom smiled at me, gave me a thumbs up sign, & mouthed, "You are doing great!" After that day, I wanted to make shirts that will make people feel good like how the kind mom at school made me feel. Since 2018, I've been blessed to touch the lives of many people with my handmade tees. I love making a shirt, knowing it is going to make people happy. Also, I only use the softest premium quality blank tees so that customers will be extremely comfy! Our repeat customers have been saying the same thing - "I love your shirts!" Hey there! We are Kris and Candice, owners and designers at Hazel + Hunt. Our story of founding a small business started a few years ago, while we were both teachers. We were working in separate cities, on different schedules, dreaming about being able to work together. One of our goals in starting Hazel + Hunt was to develop a platform that would enable us to travel and connect with people from different backgrounds and walks of life. In fact, we began this journey while on a cross country road trip in the summer of 2017. After seeing the Grand Canyon, driving across the Mojave desert, and exploring little beach towns along the Pacific Coast Highway from San Diego to Seattle, we were feeling inspired. With a fresh idea, and a sense that it was time to act on it, we decided to get to work. We stopped at a coffee shop outside of Glacier National Park, and spent the day making our first two designs. Two weeks later, we were back home and getting ready for our first show!
