The Centoni pasta factory was born in Puglia, famous all over the world for the production of artisanal pasta, such as the famous Orecchiette. Centoni offers the most authentic experience with its choice of traditional and special types of pasta. The slow drying at low temperature and the bronze die offer the typical roughness that allows the seasoning to be retained. The flavored pasta was born from the idea of “experimenting with tradition”. We have combined particular flavors to the most classic formats, such as squid ink, or special flours such as burnt wheat.
