Based in Oakland, CA, SONSON® is a private label brand and the first sustainable bow tie brand originally dedicated to fathers and sons. In 2014 the brand was created as an accessory brand specializing in bow ties as a gifting destination. As the oldest 9 siblings (7 of which are male) I found it difficult to find my brothers the perfect gift for first-time dads expecting a son. With the lack of gifting options for men, I was inspired to create my brand to support this customer base. Gifting someone a product that infuses modern style and culture is one of the most unique and personal gestures—it builds a relationship and creates memories! My Dad and I had small traditions in which we would get dressed up for church or for dinner in our favorite outfits, and ironically our outfits would always have some sort of Caribbean/African influence--ranging from the colors, prints to the silhouettes. This tradition of ours influenced the selection of the brands use of classic to cultural prints (such as Ankara and inspired African prints) to build connections and relationships. The goal is to provide our customers with the best experience—timeless versatility. Whether it's the preservation of culture, restoration of heritage, or the redefining of a classic style. I believe fashion is an expressive storyteller, fit for building relationships!

The Lords of Harlech was started in 2016 by the British designer Paul Mainwaring. A menswear collection that embodies color, print, unique textiles in wearable trend right silhouettes. The Lords of Harlech creates all its own textiles and challenges the norm in manufacturing techniques to new highs to deliver garments that are truly unique. In 2019 an additional limited edition collection of apparel and shoes were launched under the Lords of Harlech dragon collection, now being sold by the finest retailers around the world. The Lords of Harlech have partnered with some of the best manufacturers in the industry to create their vision. The two brands are now sold in 14 countries and growing. It all started with bow ties, but Lord and Lady now houses a large assortment of timeless and vintage-inspired fashion accessories, designed and made in the USA. We use a zero-waste production process to create new products out of wastage from our main products, allowing us to be as sustainable as possible. Hailing from small-town Alabama, the brand's designer, Megan Cash, received her BFA in Costume Design from the SCAD and her MBA at London's University of the Arts: College of Fashion in late 2019. Her adoration of travel, literature, and the charms of days gone by are reflected in both her design choices and the brand's overall aesthetic, inspiring her to name the brand Lord and Lady. When she isn't in her studio sewing and making, Megan works as a seamstress and tailor for film & television.
