We are employed by farmers to roast their best coffee here in North America, in order to access the market that values their harvest the most. Pachamama Coffee is a global cooperative led by co-founder and chairwoman Merling Preza, who represents 2,300 coffee growers in northern Nicaragua. Collectively, Pachamama is owned by thousands of smallholders in Peru, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Mexico and Ethiopia.
