My son Lane is the inspiration behind Fizzy Magic. While buying gifts for his teachers, Lane, would ask a store clerk if her bath fizzies had toys in them. When she replied no, he asked, Why not? Inspired by Lane's question and my own curiosity, I arrived at an idea about elevating the connection between parent and child at bath time with a product that kids wanted and love! In 2018, I introduced the first educational bath fizzy with a surprise inside, with a clue to guess the surprise inside that incorporated fun facts and bedtime story related to the surprise. After months of turning recyclable items into art pieces and making lip gloss for family and friends, my life changed in a matter of weeks. Between facing a scare with cancer and the death of my father I decided to follow my dreams. I had started getting serious about selling lip gloss in my spare time, while still working full time and raising five children. It was a now or never moment to take something I loved and nurture it into a successful business. In 2014, after a full year of making gloss I made the decision to quit my job and devote my full focus to my business, garb2ART LLC.
