Lucy Grymes is a paper and lifestyle brand that strives to create paper goods that are beautiful and easy to use. Currently we specialize in paper vase wraps and paper placemat pads. While placemats are pretty self-explanatory, you may be thinking “what exactly is a vase wrap” - great question! Our vase wraps are coated paper that turn any small drinking glass or jar into a bright and cheerful vase, just like that. They are a simple way to dress up any table, bookshelf, or desk – and once finished, they compress for easy storage. All of our paper vase wraps are hand folded by homeless women in D.C. through our partnership with N Street Village. N Street Village empowers homeless women and low-income women in Washington, DC to claim their highest quality of life by offering a broad spectrum of services, housing, and advocacy in an atmosphere of dignity and respect. They help women achieve stability and make meaningful gains in their housing, income, employment, mental health, physical health, and addiction recovery.
