She works from her small home studio and gains her inspiration from her children, her faith and her southern roots. Her style is unique, with lots of texture and a subdued color palette. She uses a mixture of brush and palette knife techniques to create interesting finishes reminiscent to peeling barn wood. Her primary base of choice is canvas or reclaimed wood.
