Helen and Jeff Bateman have been in the specialty food business for over 30 years. In 2006 they formed Integrity Food Group, LLC to be the parent company of their exciting new brand “Savannah Grace Cheese Straws”. The name comes from the first name of the oldest and middle name of the second granddaughter. Now that these young ladies are old enough to do a little work around the plant there is three generations carefully crafting your new favorite snacks! Jack’s Crackers creates amazing crackers. Our products are based on the idea that a cracker is a lot like life. It may be simple, but it doesn’t have to be boring. Our crackers are hand-made in small batches with natural, GMO-free ingredients sourced as close to our Keene, NH home. They are also preservative-free. The spectrum of flavors goes from mild to bold, and they are great by themselves or paired with your favorite toppings. Everything we create is hand-made, even our bags. Along with crafting great crackers, we focus on creating work training opportunities for young people in our community. We work with local schools to offer job skills training for youth in the community. Our training program provides teens with academic and behavioral challenges the opportunity to learn basic job skills in a supportive environment. This gives them a starting job reference and the fundamental skills they need to succeed in the workplace. Also, if you are interested, Jack is our cat's name. Yes, we named the company after a cat, because if you know cats, you know that's just how things are.

Jocelyn & Co. was created by gift basket industry designer, Debbie Quintana and named after her sweet granddaughter, Jocelyn. Jocelyn & Co. was designed to provide gift basket and box curators with a high-quality product in attractive packaging that works in all gift basket designs. With over 20 years of experience in the gift basket industry, her passion is demonstrated through her daily adventures to help uplift the gift basket industry and the launch of Jocelyn & Co. is a demonstration of her efforts.

Rustic Bakery, Inc. was started on a whim in 2005 by Carol LeValley & Josh Harris. The couple found their passion for baking in a simple sourdough flatbread cracker that Carol would whip up for friends. They stopped at the San Francisco Ferry Building outlet of Cowgirl Creamery and mentioned to owners Sue Conley and Peggy Smith that the cheeses deserved artisan crackers. The Cowgirls bit, literally, into a sourdough flatbread and immediately placed an order for 50 cases. So, the bakers scrambled to find commercial kitchen space in their hometown of Novato, which they outgrew in the first week, struggling to keep up with more orders while working with a rolling pin and standard convection oven. It was an around-the-clock effort. Josh would mix all of the dough, and Carol would shape and bake the flatbreads. In January 2006, Rustic Bakery Inc. showed their wares at the annual Fancy Food Show in San Francisco, where industry buyers discovered the crackers and suddenly every cheese place in America wanted them. A cracker is simply flour, water, and salt. But ours have leaven, and rise slowly and ferment like bread, using our same 20-year-old sourdough starter.

In 2005, Jennifer was a single mother often cooking with her young daughter. She started Jennifer's homemade out of her passion for baking and the inspiration to create delicious products with integrity and quality. Our dough is made from scratch using an Italian biga and only a few natural ingredients. A biga is a pre-fermentation which gives our products delicious flavor, added texture, and makes them less perishable and easier to digest.
