About Pali Swim

PALI SWIM is classic sportswear you can swim in. We use naturally dyed, deadstock and recycled fabrics — old fishing nets and repurposed nylon — to expertly craft durable designs because we believe in doing everything we can to continue swimming in the places we love. We believe that true sustainability is creating durable essentials that you can return to season after season. Our swimsuits are self-lined with our UPF 50+ recycled material for a soft feel, have adjustable strapping where possible, and added elastic in key points for extra security. Basically, whether you are paddling out, chilling out or telling your kid to get out, we want you to feel comfortable and covered. Merging ready to wear details and surf-inspired silhouettes, Pali Swim is a true collaboration of Hawaii born Martha Duerr and native New Yorker Naomi Gassel. We started Pali Swim in 2016 with the intention of creating sustainable swimwear that looks as good as it performs. Since 2020, we have been bicoastal with production and Naomi located in Los Angeles and Martha back to her hometown in the middle of the ocean in Hilo, Hawaii.
