Raised on the nourishment of plant medicine, ayurveda and aromatherapy, the panacea that plants give has been a cornerstone of my life. Through my years as a professional dancer, a wilderness educator and wild forager, a natural product formulator, and a mother of two, I have utilized the many wonders of plants for their aromatics, their food, their medicine, their beauty, and have been their reverent student. Through perfumery, I can tell the wordless stories of landscapes and evoke emotional experiences while connecting people to their primal being and to the essence of nature. The abstract sensory world of olfactive immersion is a true expression of alchemy, and for me a culmination of a lifetime of work with botanicals. I call it pleasure medicine. Gather perfumes are 100% natural, made with tincture bases from wild gathered and home-grown botanicals, along with exquisite aromatic materials carefully sourced from around the world. No synthetics, no isolates, and no artificial materials are ever used. All products are created by hand in small batches from raw materials, and are never tested on animals.
