In 2013, Laurissa Cardenas with her husband Carlos and mother Irene, created CARDENAS and opened the CARDENAS Oil & Vinegar Taproom in Philadelphia, PA. As a family, our fondest memories are shared at the dinner table enjoying the traditional cuisines of our Italian and Spanish heritage. Our balsamic vinegars are imported from Modena Italy and our extra virgin olive oils are sourced from small family producers from around the world. We also offer small batch infused and flavored balsamic vinegars and infused olive oils.
