Bubba’s was founded in 2014 by brother-in-laws, gourmet chef Jared Menzel and health coach/crossfit trainer Jeff Schmidgall. They were both junk-food addicts who later transformed their health with a low-glycemic, real food diet. Dissatisfied with the availability of natural salty snacks, they committed themselves to making grain-free snacks that taste naughty, but play nice. And they did it with low-sugar, green bananas and bold, real-food seasonings that you’d find in your own kitchen pantry.
