On the slopes of the Alburni mountains, on the Campano Apennines, in the Cilento and Del Vallo di Diano National Park, the creator and owner of the company, Enrico Foti, a young entrepreneur, created his teenage dream of preserving the territory, traditions and local recipes. The project was not easy to carry out, but it started from the assumption that we must invent a job to enhance and develop our southern territory and its enormous potential. The basic idea was to create a quality product, hence, in 2002, the starting point to manage the family farm and make it multifunctional by dedicating itself essentially to the production and collection of first choice wild strawberries from organic farming to be used for the aforementioned liqueur and beekeeping. The manufacturing process adopts traditional methods and requires great commitment and long production times, but finally the result is a product of excellence, tasty on the palate, that fascinates and captures anyone who tastes it. Infusion finely obtained from selected organic fresh strawberries of our own production, the result of an exquisitely artisanal process. Its natural and sober flavor offers the palate a genuine and delicious taste like the pleasures of the good things of the past.
