'Where art is overtaken by flavour' Decadence Chocolates started out of a love of quality food. One Christmas I decided to make truffles, marshmallows and nougat as gifts. My kitchen was a disaster, but it reminded me how much I loved creating. I took courses and practiced (much to my co-workers' delight), started selling at craft sales and then opened my commercial kitchen and store.
