Hi! I'm The Marshmallow Girl, and this is not just another marshmallow. The Vermont Marshmallow Co. is a rotating collection of small-batch, boldly-flavored, pillowy-as-heck marshmallows, and Vermont’s first marshmallow confectionery. We're making marshmallows the most interesting (and delicious!) thing in the world. With a background as a pastry chef and a marshmallow kid, I like to say we're in the business of surprise - reinventing something that's magical in our memories but falls pretty dang short when we try to recreate that magic as an adult.
