This plant-based dashi is the foundation of TSUBI SOUP’s four flavors, each one featuring unique miso blends and original, gourmet vegetable toppings that are fully traceable from farm to fork. The soups are then freeze-dried and compressed into cubes and are individually packed. This makes them ultra-light, mess-free, and easy to grab on the go. Freeze drying also helps to maintain the ingredients’ molecular structure and nutritional integrity.
