Beauty & The Beach is a swimwear brand that promotes sustainability, ethical manufacturing, and female empowerment. Since I started in the industry ten years ago, I have wanted to be a part of something bigger and promote positive change in the industry. For us, this means a switch to sustainable fabrics and manufacturing practices. We now use regenerated fabrics and eliminated single use plastics We are in pursuit of a brand that represents ALL body types, and are expanding the styles we offer, as well as offering sizing from an XS-XXL with hope for further expansion in the coming year. The amazing folks that make our swimwear do it without sacrificing their health and well being. Everyone is offered comprehensive health insurance and work less than 40 hrs/week. In addition to pay being up to 3x the standard, negotiating their own contracts. Beauty & The Beach’s goal is for every woman to feel amazing in her suit and, whenever possible, make a positive impact on the world around us.
