We originally named the company "Hemlock Goods" because the hemlock plant is pretty but poisonous, tender yet tenacious. We see the spirit of the hemlock plant in the women we admire, and it's what inspires the bandanas we create. Recently we changed the name to Handker to embody our primary product: handkerchiefs (aka bandanas) and also the delightful craving feeling that comes with the homonym "hanker". Handker bandanas were made to be beautiful, yes, but they're also tough. They can hold your hair back, carry an outfit, pick up spills, and store your beloved treasures and favorite snacks. Dona Bela Shreds is WBENC-certified and is based in Des Moines, Iowa. ReRope was born out of a need to upcycle textile remnants from sister company, Dona Bela Shreds. ReRope creates eco-friendly, sustainably-entwined rope products.

Leigh Young, owner and designer of Pandemonium Seattle started Pandemonium as a custom clothing design house in 1992. After graduating from the Apparel Design program at Seattle Central Community College she worked tirelessly to prepare herself with as much design industry knowledge as possible. Young found herself helping to create Las Vegas-Style Show Girl costumes for Gregg Thompson Productions. She also assisted with creating fun, novelty hats as well as practice more conventional millinery techniques with WE Hats (a line she now owns and designs for). In her time off she was designing & showing her collections at local fashion shows and charity fund-raising events. Armed with her education, varying experiences and inspired by the impeccably-dressed women of the 1920’s, Young was eventually able to quit her extra jobs and focus on her own line full-time. Young set out to create a line of hats, handbags, and fashion accessories that emphasized the use of soft textures, faux furs, velvets, and tactile upholstery fabrics. The Pandemonium brand is now a growing line of fashion accessories and clothing that are available to the wholesale market throughout the United States and parts of Canada.

Little Lamb Designs was born while I was pregnant with my first daughter. During that time, I picked up embroidery to stay inspired creatively. I quickly realized the potential to design for my family. We all have different interests, from skiing, to fishing, to hiking and gardening... and those interests influenced what I wanted to create. I realized I could start selling my unique designs, and it didn’t take long for customers to fall in love with them. I love what I do because of the people who appreciate and understand what goes into creating something handmade, unique and custom.

Hi I’m Lisa, a stylist and fellow store owner married to a retired rodeo cowboy. When styling outfits, I could never find a unique, fun bandana. Some I created my own! My bandanas are hand drawn and hand embroidered with a western flair.

Tina Gleave is a Master Silk Painter who creates with you in mind. Her designs are inspired by her natural surroundings in Humboldt County, California, and are worn around the world. Starting with hand painting the design directly onto silk, Tina starts her process using silk dyes and squirrel-tail brushes. Once she has completed her design, it is steam-set for durability. Once she is happy with the outcome, it is photographed, then digitally printed directly onto 100% silk to become your favorite scarf or kimono or Tina uses silk georgette, silk satin, and silk twill for most of her designs. Every wearable is truly a work of art! Silk Squirrel receives yardage of the various designs, which are then cut and sewn here in the US using patterns developed by Tina. Tina is always keeping her eyes open in the fashion world to see how her paintings can complement your clothing accessories.

The Photographer / Artist Manny Sanchez was born in Long Island New York to Cuban parents. When Manny was very young his family moved to Los Angeles, where he began his lifelong love of photography. This marked the beginnings of what would become a vast portfolio of images from his travels around the world. In 2010 Manny returned to New York and currently resides in Brooklyn. Inspired by the fashion of New York City he began to work with fabrics as an art medium. Soon he began transferring his pictures onto silks -thus the idea for Manuelle Scarves. Currently selling to several boutiques and museum stores across the US and Canada, including the Metropolitan Museum in New York City.
