Belle Aroma® was founded by Monica Hadley, blending her entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for aromatherapy and essential oils. Her vision: to create elegant, eco-friendly products that promote wellness and elevate everyday experiences. Monica’s enterprising nature emerged early. As a teen at an ice cream stand, she once traded paper dollars for silver coins from a young customer—a small act that hinted at big ambition. By 22, she helped turn her family’s produce business into the national brand Country Fresh, while launching her own accounting firm and raising a family. Years later, she reconnected with Jeffrey Smith—the boy from the ice cream stand—now an inventor. Inspired by his sketch of a 12-Volt Car Fragrance Diffuser, the two co-founded AERON Lifestyle Technology, Inc., launching the Drive Time® line of car air fresheners and car diffusers designed to bring the power of essential oils to life on the road. In 2016, Monica founded Belle Aroma to expand her vision. The brand now offers premium aromatherapy diffusers, electric oil diffusers, passive fragrance diffusers, and beautifully crafted wax melt alternatives, wax melt warmers, and essential oils. She also introduced an essential oil necklace, blending wellness with personal style.
