Cin Chili & Company is a family owned business based in Houston, TX. We manufacture and sell Cin Chili dry seasoning mix; 8 hot sauces; 2 BBQ sauces; Passion Pickles - both Habanero and Habanero with Ghost Pepper flavors; and 2 flavors of Pickle Sips - Dill and Sweet Heat. We have been in business over 15 years. Cindy is the only person in history to have won the CASI International Chili Cook-Off Competition, back-to-back. This is where our Cin Chili recipe comes from. She is also the only person to ever tie Bobby Flay, on the Food Network's Throwdown With Bobby Flay. She was season 1 episode 3, The Chili Challenge. We are known for our quality food items.
