We are too, and wanted to share some exciting updates to the Faire app for brands that are designed to help you build lasting relationships and close more sales in person. The best part? They’re here just in time for trade show season.
Fast, easy order writing: Give every customer an effortless in-person ordering experience, no Faire signup required. Finalize orders without pen and paper, and don’t worry about chasing down important details later. Note that order writing in the mobile app is only available for North American brands to use at this time. We hope to expand this functionality globally in the future.
Capture 0% commission leads on the spot: When you meet retailers who haven’t ordered from you through Faire, they can instantly scan your Faire Direct QR code in the app and automatically qualify for 0% commission if they order from you within 12 months.
Access your Customers page directly from the app: Easily add contact information for in-person customers and leads.

The Faire app for brands: a year of new features
These three features are the latest in a series of app updates that we’ve made over the course of 2023 to help you manage more of your business on the go. Our internal teams are regularly meeting with brands to collect feedback and suggestions—and then using that feedback to make updates. In case you missed it (or have yet to give the app a try), here’s a rundown of all the new, on-the-go tools we’ve added to the app this year.
January: we released the Faire app for brands to empower you to deliver even better customer service, including the ability to respond promptly to customers, share deal-making details, manage end-to-end orders, and conduct business seamlessly from your computer or phone.

March: we added customer profiles, which offer helpful context about customers as you process their orders and respond to any questions. Internal order notes—that only you and your staff can see—on all Faire orders make it easy to stay ahead of requests and provide an extra level of customer service.
June: to simplify your routine and save you time, we added inventory management tools. The new features let you view inventory levels from your phone and update stock counts so retailers know what’s available in real time.
August: we added the ability to print packing slips and check high-level business performance metrics directly from the app, making it easier to manage different facets of your business on the go.
