2024 was a transformative year for Faire, thanks to the feedback and partnership of brands like yours. Together, we worked to redefine what it means to run a wholesale business, while significantly expanding the number of retailers discovering and buying your products every day. Here are some highlights:
- A faster, more personalized Faire Marketplace: Growing our retailer community remains a top priority, and in 2024, we invested heavily in making Faire faster, more engaging, and easier for retailers to shop. We introduced features like Weekly Drop, a curated hub of personalized recommendations, and saved search history, helping retailers pick up right where they left off. Changes like these make an impact: over 9 million new retailer-brand relationships have formed to date, and brands on Faire have sold more than $7 billion in inventory.
- Individual logins for team members: Thousands of brands have already added team members to their Faire accounts to work more efficiently, while keeping their businesses secure. This year, we’ll continue to make it easier to manage your business by allowing you to access multiple brands from a single user account.
- Faire app improvements: We made managing your business on the go even easier with mobile order writing and barcode scanning, so you have more time for your craft and customers.
- Promoted Listings: Since launching to U.S. brands in September, our first ads tool has driven a ton of impact for brands looking to boost their visibility and find new customers. Brands using Promoted Listings saw nearly an 80% increase in product views on average and an average 25% increase in new customers. Next, we’ll be introducing Promoted Listings for reorders, so you can target returning customers, too.
- Insider Partnership launch and expansion: Now available across the U.S., Canada, and Australia, this program helps you offer free shipping to the top buyers on Faire, without covering all the costs yourself. Based on your feedback, we’re continuing to improve the program, including making it easier for you to send targeted campaigns to Insiders eligible for free shipping on your brand.

This year, we’ll build on this momentum to make wholesale even simpler and more valuable for you. We’re especially focused on helping you:
- Get discovered by a growing retailer community: We’re continuing to invest in matching your products with the right retailers faster through personalized search, enhanced recommendations, and an expanded ads program in the United States. Improvements to our collections tool will also help you merchandise your products more effectively. At the same time, we’re always committed to growing Faire’s retailer community, ensuring even more opportunities for your brand to connect and thrive in 2025.
- Simplify managing orders: We’re improving Faire Direct’s order-taking tools, so you can take orders anywhere, from any retailer, with all the benefits of Faire. Plus, we’re introducing smarter, automated emails that you can set and forget, with improved personalization, targeted recommendations, and customizable designs to make connecting with customers easier and more effective.
- Offer the best value: We’re improving how shipping works on Faire, starting with making Ship with Faire simpler and more competitive. You can also form stronger relationships with retailers by offering predictable, competitive shipping costs with the support of Faire’s shipping tools.
